Rich Devos – Veterinarian, and owner of the Drayton Veterinary Clinic. Rich began serving as an elder in 2003. He and his wife Marilyn have four growing boys/ teenagers and are enjoying life very much. Life verse John 10: 10b.
Glenn Gingrich – Service Manager at Elmira Truck Service. Glenn is our veteran elder, serving since September 1988. He enjoys spending time with his family and 7 grandchildren who live as far away as Ottawa. Glenn and his wife Elaine get satisfaction out of gardening together, seeing Live Theatre and traveling small town Ontario. He is interested in model airplanes and builds and flies as time permits.
Tim Harrington – is employed in Inside Sales at Eldale Machine & Tool Ltd. Tim became an elder in 1998 and enjoys working behind the scenes on Bible study to discover what it says and how it applies to what we do at WBC. He and Carol enjoy camping and hiking in Ontario’s provincial parks.
Wayne Hockley – Sales Executive at Second Foundation Consulting. Wayne became an elder in 1996 Wayne, his wife Peg and 3 children, Mark, Adam and Carmen live in St Jacobs. Wayne is a true blue Maple Leafs fan and enjoys travel, fishing and good christian rock music. Waynes desire for the christians at WBC is for all of us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength (Mark 12:30).
Paul Hoffman – Retired in 2000 after 30 years as an electrical engineer/manager with Ontario Hydro.
Paul became the WBC Administrator (part-time) in 2006. Paul's desire is to use his administrative gift to contribute to WBC's effectiveness as a local church. Paul & Evelyn enjoy almost daily games of scrabble over lunchtime.

Murray Martin – Recently sold his Cabinet/furniture business and has become a staff member at WBC, serving as Pastor of Discipleship & Small Groups. Prior to coming on staff, Murray served as an elder since 1996. Personal interests, warm southern beaches and motorcycle trips. Life verse: Jer 9:23-24
Ron Martin – Project Manager at Frey Building Contractors since 1979. Ron and his wife Fern were involved with the Youth Ministry for 7 years and then Ron joined the elders in 2000. Always interested in a game of squash, and love the summer sun. (Phil. 3:10)
Ron Seabrooke – Pastor of Outreach/Teaching. Ron and his wife Win have been involved in ministry for over 25 years. They served as missionaries for 10 years in the Middle East and in church planting in Canada before coming to WBC in 2006 . Their passion is to see WBC filled with seekers and new believers in Christ as well as help everyone become more deeply grounded in the Word of God. Ron & Win are also passionate about snowboarding & would love to see a snow covered mountain in the cornfield beside Wallenstein!
Rick Shantz, along with his wife, Doreen and family, own and operate a dairy farm near Wallenstein. Rick joined the leadership team in the fall of 2007. He enjoys life on the farm, hockey, motorbiking and a good cow show. Rick’s desire for everyone at WBC is Romans 12:1-2 for this is true worship.
Diane Wiens – Administrative Assistant – After working as a legal secretary for several years Diane chose to stay home and raise her family. She home schooled for 9 years and has been working part time at WBC since 2006. Diane enjoys being a wife to Larry and a mom to her five children, playing volleyball, tennis, camping and hiking.
