Taz has been diagnosed with Level 3 Axonal Shearing, which means neurons have been torn from their tether to the brain stem. Level 1 is the least injury, level 3 is the worst. Taz will be hospitalized for months and will have deficits, but no one can predict what those will be. He will need intensive therapy, and changes will happen for up to a year. Taz remains slightly sedated, but is in stable condition. He is being fed through a feeding tube, and responds when asked to wiggle his toes, squeeze a hand, or open his eyes. Please continue to pray for healing for Taz, and for strength and peace for Lorissa and their son Dominic, along with the rest of the family.
