Thank you for your prayers for Phil's time in Brazil. The day after he came home we had our whole family together for Canadian Thanksgiving. We have a lot to celebrate!

Praise God for our kids and our granddaughter and the special times when we are able to be together.
Praise God for the time Phil had at the Brazilian missions conference. While there, he was able to spend time with a colleague and several Brazilian pastors as they worked to 'rejuvenate' SIM's presence in Brazil.
Praise God for our personnel coordinators around SIM and for the ways Andrea gets to work with them. This month she has presented 3 times at an online cafe/training event and is thankful that it went well.
Praise that Andrea has been able to make progress updating SIM's new personnel coordinators' handbook and training course.
Pray for safe, uneventful travel as we leave Sunday and will be travelling for 3 weeks in the USA and Asia.
Pray for good meetings in the US and the one-day Spiritual Life conference of our team at the Fort Mill office. Phil will be speaking and we are looking forward to good fellowship.
Pray for our time together with Phil's International Leadership Team which is meeting in Asia. We are only all together in person once a year so please pray it will be an encouraging and refreshing time. Phil has made some changes so please pray for wisdom as the team works to implement the changes.
Pray for good connections as we meet with some of our leaders from South Asia at a separate gathering that we will be attending after the international leadership meetings. We will both be making presentations at this meeting as well as just spending time with the leaders. Please pray our presence will be encouraging and helpful.
