Dear Wallenstein,
As always we are grateful for your prayers as we serve here in South Asia. Here’s what’s on our hearts this month:

PRAY for the Alt Service ministry that J leads. We have been visiting the topic of sin lately and have had to extend the series because of all the great questions and dialogue coming out! Pray for those of our students who are genuinely wrestling with this topic. May Holy Spirit awaken hearts to his presence.

PRAY for J as he finishes off his syllabus for our Year 13 students. After Christmas the exam season will begin. May the Lord bless these final weeks of teaching.

PRAY for both of us as we mentor a young couple getting married here in December. Both of us are in the bridal party. Pray for wisdom as we mentor and also as we revisit topics from our own premarital sessions.

PRAISE for a plane ticket and approved visa for Isaac to join us for Christmas. We are so glad he can come be with us over this season.

PRAISE for the upcoming Alpha retreat for our Year 9 class. Many in the group are looking forward to the weekend away where they’ll have opportunity to spend focused time with God and be encouraged in their walk with Him.
