Phil & Andrea Bauman

Greetings from a cold and slightly snowy Canada (above was the view of our back deck the day after returning from South Asia.) Thank you for your prayers for our trip home after Andrea's fall. She has been diagnosed with multiple partial tears on her right rotator cuff. This will take time to heal but we are thankful that that no surgery is needed.
Phil is off again today, this time to the Philippines to spend time at a Regional Council Meeting with leaders from East Asia. 
Please join with us to:

• Praise God for safe, uneventful and not too painful travel home from South Asia.

• Praise for the opportunity Phil had to preach on Global Missions at our home church on November 16.

• Praise that we had some time together with all our kids, this past Sunday. 

• Pray for healing for Andrea's shoulder. She has limited use of her shoulder so pray that she will be able to manage well while Phil is gone.

• Praise for good medical help from Andrea's physiotherapist and offers of practical help from friends and family.

• Pray for safe and uneventful travel for Phil as he goes to the Philippines for 10 days.

• Pray for wisdom for Phil as he meets with leaders and board members and continues to help them navigate some regional organisational changes.

• Praise for the opportunity to meet some of the SIM Philippines team. Pray that Phil can be an encouragement to them in their times together.

• Pray for continued wisdom for SIM's leaders. The last month has been a 'heavy' month with our workers in different parts of the world (especially West Africa) facing some significant challenges, some of which require difficult decisions. Pray that God would sustain and encourage SIM's people.
