School of Discipleship - Minor Prophets
School of Discipleship - Fall 2026 - Minor Prophets.
Taught by Dr. David Barker.
Tuesdays 7-9pm (Oct 6 - Nov 24).
Cost $45 per person. The cost includes a workbook and a textbook (12 Minor Prophets of the Bible Commentary by James Paris).
Participants wanting to dig deeper can purchase The Book of the Twelve by Stovell & Fuller directly from Amazon.
Grief Groups
Grief Groups meeting weekly on Thursdays, 7:00-9:00pm. Oct 15 - Dec 3.
This fall, WBC will be running grief support groups, a place where grieving individuals can come together to share experiences and learn about the grief process. To learn more, please register using the link below. Our Director of Care - Melanie - will respond to all inquiries.
Due date to register is Friday, October 2.
Explore Baptism Class
Anyone interested in learning more about baptism is welcome to join this class happening in the WBC cafe during the 11am service.
Soup 'n Sandwich Potluck Lunch in Homes
In Home Potluck Lunch on Sunday, October 25! In various homes.
Sign up by Sunday, October 18.
You will sign up for a location, then find out where you are going the week before.
Your host will contact you with specific details.
Plan to bring sandwiches or dessert (as directed by your host) to add to the potluck meal you will enjoy. Your host will provide the soup and beverage.

Whether you've been part of our WBC Kids music team for years or you've been thinking, "I wonder what that's all about?" this evening is for you.

We're gathering for a good ol' fashioned hootenanny to sing through some of our favourite WBC Kids worship songs, dust off a few tunes, learn some new ones, and have a whole lot of fun together.
We'll also chat a bit about what it looks like to serve on the WBC Kids music team—what's involved, what Sunday mornings look like, and how you can use the gifts God's given you to help lead kids in worship.
No auditions. No pressure. Just good music, good people, and a chance to see what it's all about.
So grab your instrument (or your bucket!), bring a friend if you'd like, and come make a joyful noise with us. Even if you're just a little curious, we'd love to have you! 🎶❤️
