Esther Frey - Puerto Rico

Dear Partners in Spreading the Gospel: 

Thank you for your prayers and financial support throughout the years of my serving in Puerto Rico.  Rejoice with me as I have opportunities to meet people who have been brought to Christ and are growing spiritually.  The Emmaus courses have been an excellent tool for this to happen. 

Please keep Brian Array in your prayers as he is taking care of this ministry.  This month he had the privilege of going to Colombia for the Latin American Directors Emmaus Worldwide conference.  I’m sure this will encourage him as he looks for open doors to present the courses.

We have had several visitors from the States in the last several weeks.  Also a family who were missionaries here, came back to direct Word of Life camp this past week.  They had 55 young people and at least 7 accepted Christ as Savior and Lord. 

A group from our congregation is going to our camp for four days, July 22-26.  My niece, Debbie Lewis is coming to help at this camp.  She is anxious to practice her Spanish.  We will have a mixture of adults and young people.  Please pray that our eyes will be focused on Jesus.

Also pray for the future of our camp property.  Our administrator has been there for over 25 years and is ready to retire.  Who will fill the gap? 

At present I continue to help with childrens clubs, ladies activities, and a monthly seniors get together.

I’m also sorting through my things and making decisions.  Thanks for praying.
