We have appreciated a little less travel recently that has allowed us time to enjoy summer in Canada!

Thank you for your prayers. Please join with us to:

• Praise God for the opportunity for Phil to spend time with the SIM Canada and SIM USA Boards, as the US Board came to Canada for their July meeting.

• Praise God for for a wonderful week's vacation when we could get away from our day to day roles and take time to relax and enjoy creation! 

• Praise God that our granddaughter Thea is a happy healthy one year old (see picture below). It was great to have the whole family together this last weekend to celebrate Thea's birthday, as well as Mackenzie, Kieran and Liam's birthdays. Four birthdays in 3 days!

• We are delighted to have the opportunity to return to Ghana. The Ghana team is having their annual team conference and asked us to come. Phil will be teaching in the main sessions and Andrea is also leading a session with the women. Pray for wisdom and guidance that we can be an encouragement to the team. 

• We have a week's vacation planned together with all our kids as soon as we return from Ghana. Pray that we have a great time together.

• Pray for Phil as this is a very busy season as he is preparing for September Board meetings, working to implement a restructure of his leadership team and working on several other key things. Pray that he can get done all that he needs to and also be able to enjoy our family vacation.
