The staff at WBC are responsible for the day to day operations of WBC. They work alongside the Elders. One of their main goals is to help all of the volunteers and enable them to serve with freedom and joy.
LIZA BRUBACHER

Liza is thankful for the opportunity to serve at WBC. She has a great love for God and is always seeking his will to be done in her life. Her second love is her family. Liza, her husband Darrell and their three children reside on a hobby farm just north of Alma.
She loves to travel or to discover and revisit local gems.
Katie has grown up in the WBC community, and is excited to use her passion for Jesus, children, creativity to serve with CMT. She is an extroverted, people-oriented person that loves adventure, music and being outside! Katie is entering her final year in her Kinesiology degree at Laurier.
Katie and her husband Bryce live in Listowel.

Rhoda grew up at Wallenstein and is thrilled to serve the church family and community as Office Administrator. She is grateful for the 12 years she spent working at the Canadian head office of International Teams and more recently at Benton Street Baptist Church in Kitchener.
Godfrey Thorogood
Welcome & Connections Coordinator
Godfrey immigrated to Canada from the United Kingdom at age four. He graduated from Central Baptist Seminary in 1982. He has served in a pastoral capacity in churches in seven towns and cities in Ontario. He has also served in the role of Leadership Development Director for the Central Region of the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist churches of Canada, and as Vice President of Ministry Partners and Internships at Heritage Bible College and Seminary in Cambridge, Ontario.
Godfrey is thrilled and thankful to be a part of the WBC staff team. He values the vision and mission of WBC, and is looking forward to functioning in his role to help see the vision and mission accomplished.
Godfrey has been married to his wife Veronica for 38 years. They have 2 adult children, and a son in law who is married to their daughter.

Juli has grown up at Wallenstein and is thrilled to be using her love for Jesus, passion for kids and creativity to serve in WBCKids at Wallenstein. She loves people and loves laughing - esp with kids! She loves food, entertaining, cooking, travelling and spending time with her family. Juli, her husband Dave and their 2 children live in Elmira.
Denise Weber

Denise graduated from Conestoga College in 1999 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys working with children and families at EarlyON Riverside. In her spare time Denise likes to sew, kayak and play games.
