The staff at WBC are responsible for the day to day operations of WBC. They work alongside the Elders, Deacons and Thrive. One of their main goals is to help all of the volunteers and enable them to serve with freedom and joy.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY COORDINATOR
Kylie has been attending WBC since 2015 when she married her husband Adam. She is currently in her final year of her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. With previous children’s ministry experience, Kylie is passionate about creating an environment for children to experience the power of Christ, and develop a relationship with Christ. She enjoys vanilla lattes, country music and anything chocolate!

Amy has been attending WBC since 2008 when she married her husband Jeff. She joined the staff in July 2016, working in Children's Ministries. Amy loves kids and has a deep desire to see kids transformed by the truth of the gospel and the vast love that God has for everyone. Amy attended the University of Waterloo, where she studied Psychology and graduated with an Arts & Business degree. Jeff and Amy have three daughters and live in Elmira, ON.
Rhoda grew up at Wallenstein and is thrilled to serve the church family and community as Office Administrator. She is grateful for the 12 years she spent working at the Canadian head office of International Teams and more recently at Benton Street Baptist Church in Kitchener.
Erika has been attending WBC her whole life, and joined the staff as Administrative Assistant in 2018. Erika graduated from Conestoga College in 2017 with her diploma as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant. She now lives in Guelph with her husband Marty, and is passionate about serving God and others in practical ways.
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Denise graduated from Conestoga College in 1999 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys working with children and families at EarlyON Riverside. In her spare time Denise likes to sew, kayak and play games.
Marketing & Website Coordinator
Bennett has been going to WBC for the majority of his life and joined on as staff in May 2018. In the past Bennett has been the Waterfront Director and on the pastoral team at Conestoga Bible Camp. He and his wife Carissa live in Waterloo after both having attended the University of Waterloo. Bennett loves playing hockey in the winter, baseball in the summer and enjoys watching both the Maple Leafs and Blue Jays attempt to actually do something worthwhile in the playoffs. Bennett is passionate about science, technology and how they can both be used in furthering the kingdom.
